MYI like the apartment layout and security. Its safe! Enjoyed the stay there. The general area was clean, the corridor and parking areas, lift and others. But the apartment will need more work on the cleaning.
The apartment that i stayed in was not cleaned as expected. Toilet has this old box wooden smells. When using the shower area, the water was not drained down so , we have to open the water trap both at shower and the floor near the sink area to clear hair and tones of other unpleasent waste in the shower trap. Bed sheet (white in colour) has stains and the comforter sheets are not changed or washed properly. Sink at kitchen under the soap area has brown mold.

SGRoom was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice view of sunset at the balcony.
The kettle was not working when we tried to make coffee. And the iron board was not making my ironing easy; too small. Maybe can replace it with a normal standing iron board.

Details to key collection was not sent in proper PDF. Accessing building lift was not eleborated. Need to pick and guess the lift to the unit.
