Fire alarm situated right above the oven ? It's not ideal when cooking breakfast Very poor WiFi connection Also, feel 10 am checkout rather early , an extra hour would be better #11am

Communication was shocking. I received incorrect check in info and when I rang the property they insisted they had sent everything to me a while ago as they use an automated system. It took me about an hour to gain access. Following my visit, I requested an invoice 3 times, as I needed to claim business expenses, for them to finally blandly say they don't know how to issue an invoice, 20 days after my initial request!! Laughable!! The property itself is very basic offering the bare minimum in terms of kitchen equipment and the like. Once the host saw this review and rating, which they deserve in my opinion and based on my personal experience, they immediately messaged me calling me an idiot. Such a professional approach

Fantastic size cottage and a really good lay out, was a bonus having downstairs toilet, the beds were excellent sooo comfy firm but still very comfortable, was great having full size fridge and freezer, location is great and its great having on site parking overall a great stay and we will be coming back

The lock box was stiff and we couldn't get it to re lock when we got there but squirted it with some wd40 and it was fine, the kettle could do with replacing inside full of limescale, the freezer could do with defrosting, there was mouldy bread left in the bread bin, kitchen equipment could do with checking and adding to as there wasnt even a full size frying pan just a small almost wok pan and no jug, (the bathroom shower no use at all it leaks from the pipe and nothing comes out of the shower head this is on a previous review so still not been sorted) we ran out of hot water on the first morning so just some guidance on what to do would be useful in the drawer with instructions, but in all its a great little place and worth a visit
