Das „Extra-Schlafzimmer“ ist wie eine Art größere Kammer neben dem Wohnzimmer, nur mit einer hellhörigen, dünnen Tür abgetrennt

Has good air conditioning. Is quite close to transport links. Nice little balcony.

No cleaning products, no toiletries apart from items left by other guests. No washing machine as stated online, no kitchen drying towel. Room has lots of peeling paint and needs to be upgraded. Couldn't sleep in the bed as the throw pillows smelled really bad so slept lying across the bed. Pulled sheet back to straightenit and came across hairs. The 24 hour desk actually has nothing to do with the hotel and I picked this based on the fact they had 24 hour reception. They are there for various other companies. No one who has anything to do with the hotel was ever around that I'm aware of. It's not a real reception desk, they just hand the key over to you for the hotelier. Balcony light doesn't work. A lot of silly little things that stop me from giving a higher score. Never used the cooking facilities. No instructions to say how things work. All in all it was a pleasant enough stay but I wish companies would actually have what they say they have.

Beliggenheden var rigtig god!

Det var ret beskidt på gulvet i lejligheden. Håndklæderne var fugtige og sengetøjet virkede urent. Der var desuden en brandalarm der gik i stykker en nat hvor vi blev vækket mange gange i løbet af natten..

Die Lage, die Terasse, der Blick

Der Vorraum war dreckig und hat nicht gut gerochen. Der Fußboden vom Bad und unterm Bett war auch nicht sauber. Es hat aus den Abflüssen im Bad gerochen. Der Kühlschrank hat recht laut gebrummt, was etwas beim Einschlafen gestört hat. Von den kleinen & flachen Tellern hat jeweils ein zweites Stück gefehlt.

Really liked the location, super close to the city and could walk everywhere. The hosts were on hand to help us with anything we needed.

The only thing was that you can hear others in nearby rooms leaving early

Apartament w bardzo złym stanie technicznym, wyposażenie zniszczone lub naprawione ale w taki sposób że lepiej ich nie używać. Dziecko zatrzasnęło się w łazience bo klamka odpadła, blat w kuchni oklejony jakąś taśma aby zatuszować uszkodzenia. Wszystkie ściany pobrudzone, odpadających zasłony i firanki. Dodatkowo wszędzie brudno, w pokojach tylko umyta podłoga i to tylko tam gdzie widać reszta dramat, kurz, włosy śmieci innych ludzi. Nikomu nie polecam pobytu, stan lokalu zgłoszony, czekam na decyzję Booking odnośnie oszustwa i specjalnego wprowadzenia w błąd w ofercie.

- Air con was not working in the apartment throughout the stay - which was very uncomfortable as it was a 30 degree weekend. We let the hosts know as soon as we got into the apartment and they said they would sort this, we left our key at reception the next morning for them to send someone over to fix the air con, however this did not happen as there was no one avaliable to fix it. The hosts did apologise for this and said if they had another room free they would have upgraded us for free but they were fully booked. So we ended up 3 nights with no air con which obviously wasn’t the most comfortable. The hosts then promised us a refund of the cleaning fee, 2 months later we still having received this- for this reason I can’t really rate it more than a 6, which is a shame, but if you’re advertising as an air conned apartment, as a guest you kind of expect that to be the case. - The room was kind of loud, especially with the church bell ringing every hour. May be good to provide ear plugs as obviously this can’t be helped.
