"Lovely appartment great location."

Location, size of property, view, dog-friendly with outdoor foot shower that was useful for the dog, lift, close to Gwenna tea room, Mermaid pub and The Farmers pub. Walkable to Tesco and Barnicutts and Newquay.

Parking limited to one designated space plus a shared guest space. The sofa wasn't very comfortable. No toiletries or cleaning products supplied and no spray mop. As we were there for 7 days that would have been useful to have. Take your own. Clearer instructions on recycling needed plus correct bin bags. 9

"A week of watching the waves."

The absolutely wonderful view! The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Stunning walks nearby, easy parking, and 30 seconds walk to the beach. Easy to get in, and great communication. Just perfect!

The location and view were amazing.

The sofa's were not very comfy for a weeks holiday and the cleaning could have been better. But over all, the property was lovely.

"Great location, great views, modern and in a convenient location"

Comfortable, clean, fully equipped kitchen, great views, modern and stylish

Only a glass panel between neighbours balcony and ours, alarm kept sounding 5 times and no idea why, I think it might be something to do with patio doors, mattress protector stained

"Exceptional"

Location location location 👍🏼

Booking.com stated it had a tumble drier but it didn't! The entrance door needs adjusting on the self closer as it slams very hard and is quite dangerous. We purchased bin bags but we found they were free in the bin store, as special ones were required On the flip side booking.com said no WiFi but it did.

Great location right by the beach in a lovely sheltered bay and west facing sea views from the balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Comfortable clean accommodation with everything you need and easy parking.
