GBNo correspondence from host before the stay to tell us how to collect keys. Turned up on day no reply or host around no answer on phone. Had to spend hours on phone to booking.com to try n get refund n another place to stay. Host didnt answer phone to booking staff either. He then phoned e at 10pm saying dad was ill that day. However hadn't contacted me prior with any info. Spoilt my trip along way from home. Ended up doing a 10hr drive home. As booking.com offered us 50% but we couldn't afford to pay out again. Do not book this house.
