"Very comfortable, and very centrally located."

The flat is very central, and easy to find. The flat is very spacious, bright and comfortable. It was so easy to contact the owner via >bookings.com< and Kym was so obliging and cheerful, will recommend to any one wanting a place that is easy access to the Lake District and the Scottish Borders.

"Lovely accommodation but not recommending it to friends due to bed."

The location is wonderful and the decor, thoughtful hospitable touches and cleanliness were top notch.

Unfortunately, we did not sleep well either night. The sheets and towels were top notch but the mattress appeared to be an economy mattress. Placing a spring mattress on a solid bed board meant springs in our back and it was by far the most uncomfortable mattress both of us have slept on in a long time.

"Great apartment in central Carlisle."

Location and a whole apartment including kitchen and separate bedroom.

The bed could be upgraded to a larger size and more comfortable mattress. I couldn't find a tea towel.
