The apartment itself was modern, very bright, and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the large terrace was definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

However, the overall experience with the management was disappointing. I requested an early check-in but never received any response. One day before arrival, they required a separate check-in form including a passport photo and selfie, which felt unnecessarily intrusive and uncomfortable. On the day of check-in, only two hours before arrival, I received an urgent message claiming that the city tax had not been paid due to a “system error,” even though I had already paid it the previous day. They stated that unless I paid again immediately, they would not send the check-in instructions. This created unnecessary stress right before arrival. Also, the official check-in time is quite late (16:00). There is also a camera constantly monitoring the premises, which felt somewhat unsettling. During check-out, nobody was present to inspect the apartment together with the guest. Afterwards, I was informed that a key-chip was missing and €50 was deducted from my deposit, even though I never used the chip at all and had no way to prove it. The apartment was also very minimally supplied — only one toilet paper roll and two coffee capsules were provided for the entire stay, which honestly felt a bit cheap and unwelcoming. Overall, while the apartment itself is very nice, the management felt rigid, overly controlling, and not very professional. Additionally, the location is quite far from the city center and the main attractions.

Vyhovujúca lokalita. Priestranný apartmán.

Neskorý nástup na ubytovanie. Väčšinou je štandard od 14:00. Nedostatočné vybavenie kuchyne. Už som Vám o tom písal viackrát, ale žiadne doplnenie nenastalo!
