The location was really good, and the facilities were clean, appliances worked perfectly and the staff was always there to answer your questions about anything (parking etc)… Strongly recommend.

Firstly, the air conditioning was non-functional during our stay. Despite the apartment listing prominently featuring air conditioning as an amenity, we were informed upon contacting you that the AC are only operational after March, regardless of the actual outdoor temperature. and your suggestion to open windows for cooling was not a viable solution due to noise from neighboring apartments, significantly disturbing our sleep. The kitchen, while a potentially useful feature for traveling families, lacked essential amenities. The absence of a dishwasher may be overlooked, but not providing a drip tray, an electric kettle, or a toaster greatly inconvenienced our stay. These basic items are critical for a family’s comfortable stay, and their absence was keenly felt. The entry and exit mechanism via a broken fob was another point of contention. The fob, lacking any keychain, was a constant source of worry about potential loss, especially considering its necessity for both entering and exiting the apartment building. Lastly, the Wi-Fi service provided was substandard. The internet connection was unreliable, with frequent signal drops that made it impossible to use the TV effectively or to get any work done online. As a result, I was forced to rely on my mobile data for internet access, which is far from ideal when staying in a serviced apartment. Not sure if I can trust the booking .com ratings going forward.

Nice new appartment. Good location. We had a parking lot which was great. Highly recommend!

Apartment is well equipped and new, identical to the pictures. Bed and couch are quite comfortable.

It would have been better if we had received two towels per person and not just one. Everything else was perfect.
