The location is great! The studio was very nice.

I was aggravated that the description of the studio said there was a washing machine. That is one of the main reasons that I booked it, we didn’t need a large condo for my little family, but we did need a washer. When I messaged the contact person, they said that Booking.com didn’t properly describe the studio as the manager/owners described it to them. Booking.com said that the managers/owners had to fill out the description themselves and booking.com has nothing to do with it. We were told by the managers/owners that there was a washer/ dryer that we could use on the 15th floor. Well, the dryer didn’t work. Also, the condo was advertised at just around $1,050 dollars and by the time we paid fees, it was right at $1500. We did not feel that was fair advertising on either the price or reading a description of a washer and there was wasn’t one. We had been traveling for several hours already and needed a place to stay, so we booked it. Apparently an “investigation “‘was opened up by a guy named Geraldo M , but we never heard back after that initial phone conversation. He was very nice and seemed sorry for the inconvenience, and appeared to be trying to help figure out the miscommunication, but we never heard back from anyone. We also had to call the number for the manager/owners to get the parking permit stuff sent to us. Granted, we had booked just 1.5 hrs earlier but we had already received an email saying we needed to register our vehicle for parking and by the time we arrived , I still had no registration link, so I had to call for it. They were very helpful with it, but we still had to wait around in a parking garage for a while to receive it and then fill it all out. I have never left a review but I truly was not pleased with this part of the service. We really enjoyed the easy beach access and nice pools. The condo is a pretty condo and we were happy to see some beach towels, and a few chairs to use.
