"All in all me and my friend enjoyed our stay very much, and the communication with the owners was great. Recommend!"

We booked this room in a hurry and was able to check in right away. The location is great and it is very quiet. The room was big and clean, and so was the shared kitchen. We had a late flight back home and were also able to check out late for an extra fee of 30k won, which we thought was very fair for the extra amount of time we were able to spend there.

The water in the shower is difficult to get to a comfortable temperature, it is either very warm or very cold. Maybe because other people are using the water too.

"Cozy, and fun Korean private dorm in Hongdae Area"

The property is tight, but exceptionally clean, well managed and decently ventilated. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and meeting the other guests/tenants in the common area. I loved the fact that they let me check out anytime, basically no check out time. That is like the number one reason this place gets 10/10

Walls can be a transient with the noise so control your voice level. The heating system makes the floor hotter but not the room.
