Bella Breeze1 - Diani Beach, Kenya

Wonderful time I spent there. One day I will come back for sure there. Thank you so much for positive experiences. It’s good example how hotel should work.

The property is well taken care of, the staff does not impose themselves on you while being courteous. We had a clean room of medium standard with AC, windows' mosquito nets and a comfortable bed. The kitchen was stocked with enough kitchenware and had a microwave, a gas stove, an electric kettle and a fridge. It was the most comfortable stay for us during our vacations in Kenya. Here we felt like fellow humans, not like "mzungu". Also, the terrace was a nice place to chill during the evening.

It's not something that I didn't like, but I think would be useful for such property. Creating a common pantry, so when guests leave cooking oil, spices, etc. the next guests could use it :) The beach was also pretty far, but a tip to other travellers - some hotels have day passes and you can use their restaurants, pools and other facilities for the price of food and drinks.

Everything! The location, spacious accomodation, clean, good shower etc...

Lots of space, beautiful garden, comfortable beds and had everything we need.

Location was perfect. The amenities provided have been carefully thought of. Now they even give a duplicate key for the main gate to their clients which is great And now they have an A.C in the room so that's also amazing. It's nice and breezy with monkeys roaming around and a very quiet serene environment. I'd definitely go there again.

For some reason there was no Internet at all. I knew they would sort us out if I had asked but I didn't bother because we were there for just one night. The reason I am sure they would have sorted the WiFi issue is because I had an issue with the bathroom drain and Mercy went up and down to sort it out for me within the shortest time possible which was really nice of her.
