beautifully furnished house - high quality pots and pans, loved the downstairs kitchen/ reception area, very clean, hot water always available, large number of bedrooms all in great condition.

The very narrow corridors and stairs were a challenge with a 2 year old and an eighty year old.

We were four adults and three kids. The property had everything we need and was as comfortable as being at our own home. It is beautifully decorated and had enough space for all of us to feel we could do our own thing but still feel like we were all together. The quality of towels and bedding is great compared to other places where we have stayed and having stayed on Cowes before, the location is perfect. They left out a booklet with vouchers of the area, the there are 4 toilets and three full bathrooms in the house which worked great for us as a family. We made beautiful memories we will treasure forever.

Not a criticism but something some guests might want to be aware of is that the property has lots of stairs. There is a double bedroom with en-suite and sitting room with tv on the ground floor but you will still need to go down one flight to the gorgeous kitchen space. A property floor map with the pictures might be a good idea. Walking into town and back, there is a big hill which we loved as the kids lived running up and down but again, this might be an issue for some guests. We will certainly rebook when we go back if the property is available.
