Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer

Personal war leider nur okay. Wir haben extra das Hotel ausgewählt weil es den Pool hat. Vor Ort haben wir erfahren dass die Nutzung des Pools für Hotelgäste 15€ pro Person kostet. Ist überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt da dieser auch nicht groß ist. Vor dem Auschecken waren wir frühstücken und auf dem weg zum Zimmer hat das Reinigungspersonal unsere Sachen die noch im Zimmer waren entsorgt. Zum Glück haben wir diese wieder bekommen

Das Hotel ist schön und modern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hatte eine schöne Auswahl. Vorteil an der Lage war die Straßenbahn in der Nähe.

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im 5. Stock mit Balkon. Dieser war allerdings sehr verdreckt, dass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung war im alten Gebäude und war sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Könnte mal erneuert werden! Küchenausstattung war für uns leider auch nicht ausreichend. Leider hat es in der Wohnung unangenehm gerochen. Vielleicht das Putzmittel?! Beim nächsten Mal würden wir ein gewöhnliches Hotelzimmer im neuen Gebäude buchen.

It was such a wonderful place, modern and well situated! Open for check in 24/7 which was great as we travelled through the night. Beautiful, clean and well equipped with really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was so full of variety and very fresh and well stocked.

The wasnt anything we didnt like.. it was all perfect!
