A really lovely hotel with super friendly staff! Our room was perfectly clean, and bigger than expected. The hotel has a lovely personal feel to it and is really well kept. The shared facilities (kitchen and coffee area) were great, there was even homemade cake!! Overall it really felt like those who work there put a lot of love and care into the hotel, and that translates into a really easy and comfortable stay.

The walls are quite thin in the hotel, and because our room was next to the communal area we could hear all other guest who used the space, regardless of the time. This did mean it was hard for us to sleep at times, as even if someone was just using the coffee machine, it sounded so close it could have been in our room. But this wasn’t a deal breaker and didn’t at all impact all the positive aspects of the hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room had great atmosphere and a comfy bed. The bathroom was up to date and tidy. Very conveniently located near the center of Lisbon. I would definitely come again!
