You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. We have no POS machine at the property, therefore we will send you our banking details after your cancellation policy has expired for payment to the property. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Beautiful apartment, superb development, spotlessly clean, great base to explore!"

Spotlessly clean, great location, apartment was well equipped with everything you could need and the key holder was great. Really well maintained apartment that was a pleasure to stay in, great base for exploring Roda Golf and the surrounding area.

Underground parking space was a bit of a nightmare, but you can park above ground, so it’s really not a problem.
