La propreté , l'amabilité de Daniel, la piscine et la grosse enceinte pour écouter sa musique, bien situé (assez proche du port, on peut y aller à pieds si on aime marcher)

Il y avait des travaux en face lors de notre visite donc un peu bruyant assez tôt + système de clés pas pratique (1 pour deux)
