4 Balconi rooms- Dimora Arditi B&B

I really liked the location of the property. Situated in the old town, you are minutes away from great restaurants and bars from the city. You can walk anywhere from the hotel without any issues.

I think this is out of control of the B&B but parking. Being situated inside the old town there are many ZTL (Limited Traffic Zones), which won't allow you to come with your personal or rented car inside the city, unless you have a resident permit. If the B&B had some to provide tourists with that would be great, as at times finding parking outside the old city was quite difficult. Again though, this is not that deep though, maybe just an investment idea for the owners!

Think twice before booking this place!!! I had to cancel and they refused to refund me :(

To summarise: the bed was broken, the sofa was broken, the main entrance door lock was broken, WiFi did not work, TV did not have any signal, and also carpet was not well hoovered...I stayed 1st night after they promised to come and fix the bed. Nobody came, so next day I requested to cancel the booking for the 2nd night. They refused. Meanwhile I booked another place. We communicated by WhatsApp. Later we called them with my Italian brother in law and they said that they do not care what review I will write here, I will not see my money. 🤷 PS: the place is on the road with the busiest bar area in town, with loud music till 2 am, and this was during the week day. So if you are looking for a peaceful night, forget.

Rooms were not as pictured. Very dark and dusty. Light fixtures in bathroom were flickering, sink in bathroom didnt work, fridge door wouldn't close easily. Had a cockroach visitor. No aircon in bedroom.

Great location and good price. Good facilities. Plenty of room.

Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and the area was noisy at night. Also very steep stairs to the little bedroom and the apartment is very dark.

Right in the middle of the historic old town center! A lot of Restaurants and Bars around it.

The area is a bit noisy at weekends due to the bars around the corner.
