DEFirst of I would give 10+ for the host's kindness. As I was traveling alone and had a layover in Belgrade, I landed late in the evening, I've communicated approximately my arrival time, and he was waiting already in front of the house for me. I had an early flight and he made sure I would wake up very early in the morning (4.30 a.m) and helped me with my suitcase. It's a very convenient location and there's a bus stop nearby, so you can opt for public transportation service which is for free for everyone (wow!).

DERSI only liked the bed (firm mattress)..
The kitchen is greasy, bathroom neglected, although the host really tries his best with the guests, everything seems dirty, especially the refrigerator..
KZI stayed for a night before the flight, and it was very nice! The host is very friendly and helpful, he showed me around personally. Everything in the house worked well - AC, toilet, shower, kitchen. Also a perfect connection with the airport, with a free night bus.
I have nothing to complain about.
