Birch Court - Tui

Location was perfect .Very quiet Street with lovely neighbours

Appreciated being met on-site and colorehensive kitchen and laundry Easy access to the main roads, andcthe 4 Square Store (remind your bew arrivals about that!)

Friendly owners who thoughtfully got us a table and chairs when we wanted to sit outside. Cleanliness, comfortable beds.

Very strange layout. To access the bathroom you had to go through the main bedroom which was also a living space. I thought it would be a separate bedroom. We were two families so it was awkward. No lock on the separate toilet and no wash basin which you needed.

The cleanliness and quality furniture. The host were so lovely, kind and amazing ☺️

What a fantastic clean unit to stay at. Located in a nice quiet street. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The hosts were so friendly and made you feel very welcome. Would certainly recommend this accommodation 😀😀

Great hosts and a lovely, clean, bright apartment. Really good location.

Could have made use of a coffee table . The kitchen table was a bit dated and was difficult to eat at.

Loved the convenience of having everything we needed for our stay, felt like a home away from home. Loved the greeting signs in Te Reo Maori.

Only hard spot was the host has guests for dinner, understandable but super loud after travelling 10 hours and needing a good sleep. It was quiet by quiet hours, just really loud.
