"Filthy accomadation, Do not book"

The sure itself was lovely

The accommodation that is advertised as a Lovely 6 Berth Caravan, is actually NOT AS ADVERTISED AT ALL It was filthy when we arrived , I don't mean just a little unclean, I mean it was disgusting, dirty throughout, damp, mouldy, with a terrible fusty smell, the plates and mugs needed cleaning, the headboard in the main bedroom is so filthy that it actually needs replacing, the steps up to the van are dangerous, I contacted c2holidays regarding this matter ,asking for a refund as its falsely advertised , they said they wouldnt give us a refund ,but would send the cleaners back, which we said no too ,as it wouldn't of helped with the situation at all, it was that bad, That we actually left the accomadation, Never been so disappointed in accomadation before , very dissapointed with customer services at c2holidays , We are hopeing to now get a full refund from booking.com, have taken photos, can't put all of them on here ,but have put a few up for you to see that's just a taste of what it's like
