Two Peas in a Pod

The pod was very comfortable and the hosts were absolutely delightful. They recommended some good places for food and some walks in the area which we very much enjoyed. They also had prepared a little welcome package that was appreciated after the long drive there. Not even a 5 min walk away from some amazing coast views and there were plenty of other options for nice long hikes. The hosts mentioned some plans they had for the property in the future which sounded great, so looking forward to seeing the changes too in our next visit.

It is the perfect base to explore the island. So close to beautiful views. We loved that we were isolated and the pod is very private. Very close to shops (driving) if need some essentials. We felt safe in the area. We would definitely come back again. Options to drive or walk to the coastal cliff walks starting from port Dafarch. Southstack lighthouse..The range and so many more gorgeous views to see. Plenty of clear information for check in and check out so it was very hassle free.

The pod is cozy in terms of size but good for 2 people. It had all the facilities you need for an amazing stay.

The pod is conveniently located to get to if you are traveling by car and it has everything you need for a short comfortable stay. It’s very well designed and has small touches which make it extra comfy. The hosts were kind had left us a gift basket with some snacks. Campfire logs are provided so that made it easier to set it up without any hassle of buying it ourselves. The views around the pod are tranquil and it’s only a 20 min walk to see the coastline of Wales.

It felt very warm even though the underfloor heating was turned off. Guessing the insulation is very good but feels extremely hot for the warmer temperatures

This accommodation is absolutely fantastic! The pod was well equipped with everything you need. The hosts Jemma and Richard are so helpful and welcoming. The kitchen has everything so you can prepare breakfast and small meals. The bed is big and comfortable. Thanks to the roof window you can gaze at the stars at night. The bathroom is large and has a good hot shower. The view from the sitting area is wonderful with mountain and sea views and there is a fire pit. It is quiet and peaceful. The whole room and ensuite bathroom is spotlessly clean. TV and good Wifi is there. The location is perfect, not far from the stores in Holyhead and only 5 minutes from South Stack Lighthouse. The coastal path and nice secret beach are within walking distance. We even extended for an extra night because we loved it so much. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location with great views from the pod. We stayed 5 nights and had one wet day but the pod was light and comfortable with the skylight providing plenty of daylight. The kitchen was enough for breakfast and light meals but we went to local restaurants as well. Highly recommend Ocean's Edge and Sea Shanty Cafe in Trearddur. We walked sections of the coastal path directly from the pod. Visit the RSPB seabird centre then around to North Stack and continue to Holyhead then back to pod. Langdons was excellent pizza in Holyhead. We did short drives to Cemlyn Bay and Cemaes to walk other sections of the coastal path, as well as Newborough nature reserve and Plas Newydd NT house and gardens. Our hosts were proactive in contacting us and providing information booklet for local attractions. Could watch the wildlife from the doorstep and enjoy wonderful sunsets.
