"Close to beach."

Close to the beach

Rudeness of “David” security staff. Took til 4th day of stay before we were able to get chairs of any kind at the pool. Daughter (40) not a child went down at 7:30 to hold chairs. “David” was rude to her and told her she couldn’t hold spots. However, she watched others save. We were told later by several people the resort overbooks knowing they do not have accommodation for the amount of patrons. Also told, if a cash tip is given the staff will turn a blind eye. The pool area is extremely overcrowded. Nothing lazy about the lazy river so much bunching and crowding. It was hard to believe all the people were patrons. A lot had no wrist bands. But weren’t being policed.

Loved the color schemes and decor. The furnishings were beautiful too. Comfy beds. Fun family resort.

Our floors were a bit dirty and still had sand and grim when we arrived.
