The sofa bed was broke. 1 person had to sleep on the floor

the beds were really low, it was no issues for us, just mentioning because it could be an issue for someone

NO! the owner is ultimately responsible for it and he has been negligent. It is a pity that no solution was suggested. It is a pity that no compensation is offered for the costs we had to make to go to the restaurant every time for internet contact and consequently had to consume. In short, the conclusion of our tour through all of Java was very disappointing and ended at really the worst accommodation of the 24 days. What a pity.

The property was great. Super secure building and very well equipped. The owner replied very fast to our messages and the properly was clean.

The hob did not work, which meant we couldn’t cook.

Gated community with high security standard, Supermarket and restaurants in the same building, 24h reception desk. Very clean.

Jakarta is a bad place to be, dirty, loud. Just for catching a flight. Always and only use Bluebird Taxis, all other are burglars.

Location is great and the views are incredible. Especially at night. It has a mini shop downstairs with everything that you might need during the stay.

The beds are so low, it’s basically a mattress on the floor and a frame just for decoration around it. There was no toilet paper, or shower gel, or any toiletries provided, so we had to buy everything from the shop ourselves.
