We stayed here a couple months ago and had great community vacation from Colton prior and during actually. I heard nothing from him this time just the form letters. The whole place is going downhill. It’s just not being cared for the way it was before. Amazing pillows are being replaced by super cheap ones. There was three wine glasses and we had two friends over for a drink and one had to drink beautiful red wine out of a coffee cup. It smelled unpleasant and then we found a grody tennis ball so clearly a dog has been there just before us. The lights are so bright that we have to keep them off and the tall windows would do the trick at this time they were filthy inside and out. Whoever built that place was not thinking clearly and we just lucked out because the air conditioner sounds like a 747 is landing outside. There’s no way a person could sleep in that room with that air on. And if we weren’t lucky enough to know how to turn off the Jacuzzi, the other room would’ve been noisy as hell. I don’t understand why you don’t put a note explaining how to turn off the Jacuzzi, explaining how to use all those remotes in all 3 rooms and we’re pretty smart people and we couldn’t get them to do anything. So, great promises from last time we’re not kept. All the best.

We had a great relaxing time, Cabin was really clean , Comfortable beds Kitchen was more than I expected fully equipped with everything to cook . Customer service was great they answered my calls and emails right away.

Very nice and new......totally comfortable in every way....incredible kitchen and grill....outdoor space amazing.....bathrooms exceptional

the only thing is we couldn't get the outside fireplace to turn on....but not much of a hitch compared to how awesome the place is
