"Very Good"

Location size of property and plenty of facilities

Heating kept going off but was shown how to get it running again and pots and some of cutlery wasn't cleaned properly

Really close to seafront/town etc.

Not a lot of space outside, just a small yard area. But only stayed a few night's so didn't really matter.

The location is good and there were everything needed for our daily routine. Beds were comfortable.

This property requires a really good clean. Both sofas and orange chair in a living room were all covered with stains (and the smell wasn't nice at all). Had to cover everything with blankets so children could watch the TV. There were stains on bedding as well. Floor on a second floor was really dusty (it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time). And as it was mentioned in some previous reviews - parking with a residential card would be much easier. Overall I would not recommend.

"Exceptional"

Very homely and very clean. Very comfortable and has everything you need. Owners are contactable if you need anything. Location is very good only 10-20 minute walk from most attractions.

"We had a great time in Scarborough"

The property was in close proximity of everything we needed which was a bonus

The property was not clean we all thought the property had a smell to it 😩the property could do with redecorating and the bathroom door needs attention as does not close properly and around the edge of the bath was dirty , one bedroom had a badly stained pillow case . It was not clear on parking restrictions and no welcome pack on arrival it was a cheap stay so says it all . Would not stay here again
