"My stay there was quiet okay, but was disappointed when I saw bedbugs and the state of their bathroom"

The property was cool and in good location but the service there were very poor, even on the side of the staff. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the room was okay, bedbugs in the room. They need to do a little better

The customer service isn’t that great ,if you want to contact the property you need to call them a few times and they don’t respond to messages you send on the app

"I didn’t sleep there I was out all night and not where to sleep"

They didn’t let me sleep there when I didn’t cancel in the app that I was staying to sleep there also I will not have my money back

That fist they have to check if the person are cancelling in the app not chose another people for staying there when I pay money for it
