Cleanliness of the apartment and 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms.

1) Not enough facilities: No internet, No TV signal, No Wardrobe for all 3 rooms, No Iron & iron board provided. 2) Staff informed, that iron & iron board will be charged RM10 per usage. 3) Towels will be provided upon request, Towels quality is so bad. 3) The pool water is so dirty, no life guard and no staff is taking care the pool. Either the water pump is not working or the management switch it OFF due to not many customers renting the apartment.
