I got it for only Php1,395 so it's a good deal na rin po. Malinis, almost complete toiletries (toothpaste, soap, tissue) 3 guests kami, 3 towels din (sa iba kasi kulang2), 3 bottled water ang meron. Bulky lang ang table but it's fine atlst makakain parin kami ng sabay2. May Iron din plus point sakin.

What's disappointing is that I can't communicate with the owner/contract agad². The only way you can message them ay using this app, na unfortunately matagal sila makapag reply. I got an issue sa Tv. So I did some research to fix it on my own and I did (setting).

The lobby is dirty and run down, the halls smell, the bed was a 4” pad, the furniture was worn out, and overall the building can be summed up with one word….grime. I hate leaving a bad feedback, but you deserve an honest review. Ultimately, we get what we pay for.

I love the cleanliness of the unit.
