"Convenient for a short stay"

New apartment block. A garage is available on the ground floor for a decent extra charge. Our apartment had a large balcony with lounge table and chairs, as well as a partial view of the bay where big cruise ships are docked. Very easy and quick contact with the manager of the apartment, who was helpful and provided very clear instructions for self check-in. We could walk to the centre of the city on foot 20-25 minutes.

Kitchen is equipped with very limited number of things for self-cooking (eg. no cutting board, no place to put dishes to dry, no kitchen towel). We were a family of five and we had only 4 sets of plates. As much as I acknowledge that we booked the same day early morning and it could have increased the workload for cleaners, we found the apartment not well cleaned when arriving in the afternoon, especially the bathroom.

Nice newly built house with apartments. The apartment itself was big enough to accommodate a family of 4. Every room has AC, spacious shower, good wifi. Private parking on ground floor was definitely a bonus. Within 30 min walking distance from the downtown, but one can always take a bus and be there in 10 mins.
