CAIn Zone 10, a safe area. Hot water and good water pressure.
Noisy due to ongoing construction - loud tools and voices directly by my window 2 ft away from me. Room not cleaned. Half roll of toilet paper which ran out and we had to scrounge up another by finding a closet. Metal springs in mattresses dug into our backs. Hallway light shone through a window above the door and made sleeping difficult. Room so small only8 inches btwn bed and wall for main through fare. No place for luggage. We had our motorcycle parked in the garage and staff knew we were leaving early in the morning and didn’t plan for us to leave. A car left parked blocking the garage door - it could have been parked elsewhere to leave an exit but again, failure to plan for guest needs. The small man door wouldn’t open all the way and would t budge until pushed and kicked. Our bike got scraped trying to get out. No staff on site, no one answered our multiple phone calls. A message saying sorry finally appeared after we escaped. Not acceptable. Would not recommend.
