AEThis building is centrally located especially if you are looking to stay around the convention area and waterfront. It has great building amenities, superb partial view of the table mountain and the building had friendly staff and security personnel. This accommodation is really great, tastefully decorated… however…
The apartment didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned, most specially the shower area, the shower walls had molds building up. The rug in the toilet and kitchen towels were dirty, it was not washed. We stayed in this apartment for 7nights, we attended an event at the convention centre and were there mostly to sleep, on those 7nights we didn’t miss a day seeing roaches crawling in the kitchen, toilet, living room, etc. it’s infested. I have other friends staying in the same property and they didn’t have any problem with roaches. The sad part is the day we checked out I got around 7 insect bites in my right leg. We love the property but sadly the roaches is a big breaker :-(.
