"Great House in a great location."

Lots of cutlery and an excellent kitchen. Big fridge and it was a very good looking interior. Very comfy beds with hangers and towels. Excellent sofas and TV

Had no hot water for two days. In the morning there was heating but after 12 there was nothing. I called the helpline and waited on the phone for 15 minutes, were it was telling me I was number 1 in the que. The phone line then hanged up. I called back and they then said phone number unavailable.
