Poor response to requests. Took two days to get clean towels and a day for clean sheets.
CZThe location was perfect for my needs, public transport is right under the hotel so the connections are great. Many places to dine & drink all around.
There is no receptionist onsite in case of need, you can only call someone, and you might not even get a response after certain hours. When I called and talked to an employee, she told me that the room is very quiet, and it was quite the opposite. I couldn't turn the TV on during my entire stay. I tried to call at around 21:30 plus sent an SMS, but nobody replied. Housekeeping knocked rudely on my door at 9:00 the next morning, asking when i'm leaving, demanding that i'll do it quickly. She also said that the TV problem is well known.

FRILILרציתי לפתוח חלון והיו מלא פדלים של סיגריות במסילות של החלון, הכריות לא נוחות זאת מילה עדינה, אין חניה בכללל מלא אבק בחדר, היו שערות על הרצפה פשוט מזעזע
