It's a nice quiet location. The hotel is very near to several restaurants most within walking distance. Walmart is just across the street. The only complaint is I'm not fond of the smell of fresh paint.

We stayed here 2nights for DMB because it was cheap...all the hotels near deer Creek are $650.and up for 2 nights.. everything was ok... this year we went back. My son left a pair of pants there and we changed rooms for night 2. We asked about them but for some reason they didn't know anything about them...odd since we were back later. Hope the staff enjoys his pants...WHY WOULD YOU STEAL PANTS.... Then we got back to the room later....ANTS little tiny ants were everywhere.... won't stay next year...not because of the ants as much as the simple fact that they took a $50. Pair of pants...I DON'T LIKE THIEVES

The desk agent was nowhere to be found when I arrived. Someone else came into the reception area and we both waited for almost 20 minutes. It was only after I the national phone number that someone showed up at the front desk. Also. It was difficult to find the front desk. There were no signs and no portico indicate reception area.

This place is very rundown. As soon as you walk in everything looks old and fallen apart, and had a funny smell when I went into my room cleaning smell, but a cleaning smell trying to cover up and odor very rundown would not recommend I was there for my son’s wedding to stay for a couple of days and they did not even have a hairdryer. I had to go purchase one.
