"Good"

The A/C didn’t work and they had to send someone to fix it, also the back entrance to the hotel was open all night, which could have allowed intruders or animals. And the water heater was broke.

"I won't stay here again "

There was nothing satisfying about this stay. All four nights the side/emergency door was not able to be opened. Staff very unresponsive.

"Missing Pillow"

Had an expensive pillow go missing. Pillow cost more than the stay. Hotel management was not able to find it.

Thinking this hotel is being rebranded. Very basic, no frills. A little on the "well used" side but clean. The price was the draw for us. Great location. Safe area. Right near I69.

Room was clean and presented as advertised. Great value priced accomadations. Property is close to shopping, dining and interstate access. Loud guests above us but cant fix stupid and the inconsiderate.

"Pine Sol "

For the most part, the room was fine, except for the overwhelming smell of cleaners in the room. It was like someone poured a whole bottle of Pine Sol in the room.
