Large flat. Clean and good layout. Although slightly dated, that doesn’t detract from the flats charm. Good location for beach. Lots of food places.

Bathroom could do with a better sealed door for privacy. Also, some hooks for hanging a towel when getting a shower. You have to leave towel on the bidet to reach it. The air conditioning machine in the bedroom at the back of the flat makes an electronic grinding sounds every minute or so. All night. This isn’t helpful when trying to sleep in there. I wasn’t aware there is no lift and it was in the top floor. This doesn’t work in 33 degrees and luggage. My husband has a knee operation and I had to take bags up and down. The pool area is not acceptable for guests wanting to have a day by the pool. It is tightly fenced and not a single lounger or chair in the piazza. No beach towels provided, which would be useful for using the beach. Overall, I think elderly, infirm and families would struggle with this flat.

Location was excellent, property was clean and spacious. Sun on the terrace all afternoon until sunset, very close to beach and Duquesa marina bars and restaurants.

The complex was under renovation and being re-painted, once completed it will look fresh and bright. The current original walkway railings were rusted through and in many areas gaffer taped together. If these are to be replaced as part of the complex renovation then it will bring it up to a good standard.
