The hotel rooms and balcony especially could be cleaner

Location, Cleanliness & Hygiene, Hotel Appearance, Comfort. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience did not reflect the same standard of hospitality.

Our stay was overall pleasant, but our experience at breakfast was so disappointing that we ultimately decided not to extend our stay for an additional night. The breakfast area was overcrowded and rather chaotic. As there were no available tables, we sat in an empty dining room that was open and accessible, with no signs or indications that guests were not allowed to use it. We even had to clean the table ourselves and collect our own cutlery before having breakfast. At the end of our meal, we were approached by a blonde, short-haired staff member who refused to identify herself when asked. In an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, she told us that we were not allowed to be in that room, that it was supposed to remain empty, and that it was already 10:00 a.m., so we had to leave immediately. When we politely explained that there was nothing indicating the room was off-limits, she simply turned her back on us without any further explanation and proceeded to lower the window blinds while we were still sitting there. Her attitude was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. What disturbed us most was not the rule itself - if there was one - but the way we were treated. No guest should ever be spoken to in such a rude manner, and refusing to identify herself when we requested her name only made the situation worse. This employee should not be dealing directly with customers unless significant improvements are made to her professionalism and customer service. Because of this incident alone, we decided to cancel our plans to stay an extra night.
