"Super localisation pour visiter les Cinque Terre"

La chambre confortable, la salle de bain bien équipée, très bien situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Bien que la rue soit souvent bruyante à cause de l'animation du secteur, la chambre est bien insonorisée quand la fenêtre est fermée. La personne qui nous a accueillie à notre arrivée plus tôt que prévu, nous a permis de laisser nos valises dans la chambre, c'était très apprécié !

Une petite machine à café permettrait de compléter le tout !

"SUPER EMPLACEMENT A PROXIMITE DE TOUT, BELLES PRESTATIONS ET CALME MALGRE LE MARCHE TRES PROCHE."

L'emplacement en centre ville à proximité immédiate de tout commerce et surtout de très bons restaurants. Nous étions 3 motards en couple et nous avons stationné nos motos dans une rue parallèle à notre hébergement pendant 3 nuits et tout s'est très bien passé, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de recourir à un parking fermé.

Le chauffage collectif qui n'était pas mis en service et qui a manqué suite à un séjour pluvieux où on aurait apprécié de faire sécher nos vêtements trempés.

"Optima opción para visitar La Spezia y alrededores"

La ubicación es perfecta para pasear por el centro y muy comoda en el caso de viajar por trabajo relacionados con el arsenal militar. Check-in muy facil, comunicación muy fluida (por WA y por chat de Booking). Muy buenos restaurantes en las inmediaciones.

En la zona no es facil aparcar.
