Horrible parking experience , we have to go up to 10 level to park and the space is very small. Troublesome to go out and in the apartment.

Collecting the property keys on arrival was very straightforward. The DeLuma Homestay team provided clear instructions on the collection process and sent the access codes promptly. They even checked in to make sure everything was in place, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free.

There were only a few minor issues. Having to pay the extra RM300 as a security deposit was a bit inconvenient, though understandable. The parking area was also quite tight, making navigation a bit challenging, but that's more about the property layout than Deluma itself. One suggestion would be to allow guests the option to park in the visitor area for easier access.
