Good location.

The room not be cleaned . Carpet dusty, used towel not picked up, food left besides bed, cockcroaches, excess hairs on table, cleaning cloth on freezer.

"Better dont ever stay there!"

the deluma is full of bed bites when we stay, we need to change the room in the midnight to another hotel. Customer service is very poor, not responding, not react to problem when any emergency caused. Pls dont ever stay in this deluma, because almost all the room had many bed bug which leave alot of scars and injured on our body which unable to recover fo rthe next 2 weeks, and when you get out from the room, you high chance will bring the bed bugs back to your house. Terribly hotel and accommodation Poor management and poor customer service !!!!!!!!!
