Typical old fashioned seaside guest house. Lovely place to stay, quaint touches and great location, close to everything. Room was very pleasant and comfortable.

Bed was comfortable, plenty of tea ,sugar and milk

Room took quite a while to get warm needed to use extra heater . Shower was very tepremential cool 1 minute then scalding hot. Room could do with a little TLC.

Clean, nicely decorated, tea and coffee provided, great location

Space quite small, parking difficult - free on street, but many neighbouring properties are also guesthouses with several guests per property, and surrounding streets are restricted/paid parking. However both advertised and overall we enjoyed our stay thank you!
