The little details, towels made up as sheep, dressing gown, toiletries, coffee station.

Bed was too firm for my liking. I have a bad hip and prefer it softer. En suite shower was great for me, however to small for the larger size person. Parking was difficult, especially witb a kayak on the roof. Hadn't realised its next to the Town centre.

The hosts are lovely. We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival. The decor is different, but it is lovely. Every time you come in and out, you see something different to look at. The location is great for the town and the sea front. Very clean.

Choose this property because of it's 9.1 rating. Whilst being clean it was very old fashioned with lots of clutter in communal areas. No facilities to charge phones etc. Saw the proprietor for two minutes on arrival and were told to leave the keys in the hall if they were not up on departure. Overall disappointing don't know how they attained their 9.1 rating

Bed was a bit wobbly and not the comfiest mattress
