The property was amazing and had everything that you would need for your stay. Very clean and modern and plenty of space for families.

The pool dynamics are an issue and it was not a pleasant atmosphere from the people around it. We were made to feel very uncomfortable and not wanted by the people residing there. The staff were lovely and very polite but the people who own or stay there made it a very unpleasant experience.

Easy collection of keys, once i knew the location. Benidorm Booking, very central and right opposite casino, which all taxis are familiar with. Ladies on reception were helpful. Highly recommend.

There isn't nothing to not like with this apartment. Unless you want beach towels, these are not provided, would be an advantage if there were and a quick wash before you leave would do the job. No drama though :-)

Location very near to water front, beach bars and restaurants in a residential area with none of the ‘noise’ often associated with Benidorm. Apartment block particularly safe with gated entry. Accommodation great for our extended family meet. Two of the rooms have twin beds which was not shown on the pictures (but worked better for our group).

Blinds were a little difficult to figure out. A ‘guide’ to the apartment would be a bonus.
