The location.

Where do I start?! Straight after booking the property we received a message to say that linens and cleaning were not included. The price they wanted for these meant the cost over doubled for the stay! Unfortunately, the only option I had was to book without cancellation so I was unable to cancel the booking. I got on to booking.com who were in agreement that the property was miss sold, however, they did nothing about it despite the phone calls and messages to customer services. I decided to message the owner directly and his message to me was incredibly rude, basically telling me to suck it up. Unfortunately, this it what we had to do as we were on a budget. So off to ikea to purchase bed sheets and a lovely morning of cleaning for me. Also, there was no message to let me know the code for the key safe so I had to ring the owner (which probably cost a small fortune). All in all, disappointing from Booking.com and a disappointing stay. This is our 4th property on our trip so far and although the building looks modern it had the worst beds and the most useless shower. The TV would only work using chromecast but you had to ask for an invitation which was never forthcoming, so no entertainment either.

Supermysigt litet hus perfekt för familjer

Vi reste två familjer ihop och hyrde båda lägenheterna. Man kunde öppna en dörr mellan lägenheterna, vilket var toppen när man ville umgås tillsammans inomhus. Nära till Kolmårdens djurpark och gångavstånd till pizzeria och matbutik. Rent och fräscht boende.

Super bra

Proximity to the zoo. Easily accessible location. Everything was as expected.

On one morning there was no hot water due to an issue with the pump. Otherwise, no problems at all.
