AUProperty is in a good location. Neat and clean.
No air conditioning so we had to have the windows open. Lots of mozzies and spiders. The fridge did not work. We made notes of everything that was damaged and sent it via email ti the management company. They were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Afterwards we got an invoice for the stuff that we supposedly damaged. One month later they have refunded a part of the deposit claiming it was international transfer costs but i can see from the transaction that they only paid portion of it across. Very unprofessional and sneaky.
ZAThe place is so beautiful, the staff was very friendly. We were assisted by Vivian, she was very welcoming, friendly and patient with us. Vivian assisted us with everything that we needed. The place is situated at the center of everything, the entertainment, shops, etc.
I can't think of anything that I did not like.
ZAZAZAWarmth welcome from Vivian and the other guy i forgot his name, but he has a Sotho name, they were very kind, they made us feel at home, indeed we were at home, Vivian our person, nice young lady ❤️👏👏👏👏she deserve the best
Main gate is closing quickly after opening, it might damage cars, it needs attention 🙏🏽
