We booked this hotel 3-4 days ago, our carrier railway ninja cancelled trip Two hours before so there was no other option to arrive at the hotel before 11:00 sent a message to the hotel and let them arrive at the hotel about 11:30 and said it would be a problem so the host said the main gate could be closed l said "You use a safe box how it comes? He said "sorry" l said "in the first hand you changed the room and l accepted, now you have another excuse, you mean you are going to take money without giving service, l complain you to booking come" He changed his attitude and said, "l offers you another place is it ok? We accepted the offer, a new place was awful like a barn so he is an immoral person. And l wrote the message about that, no action no response! This Hotel puts us under stress! It was a night mare tiredness, stress, disappointment! For both sides attitudes are unacceptable you should pay compensations, little or big and stop this hotel before to deceive other people🤨

Steckdosen fallen aus, Bett war sehr schlecht, es gab in Raum kein Mülleimer und ich Badezimmer war schmutzig

Where to start??? Absolute scam and the owner is the most ignorant person I can think of, it's because people are leaving reviews and pointing things that are bad and the owner does absolutely nothing to improve, very greedy attitude thinking that anyway he/she will have people booking this place so what's the point of fixing things. Honestly I don't understand ratings this place high, some people are blind or easy to please or don't like to complain about. Me too, I'm not a complaining person but this is my worst booking stay ever. 1. The electric sockets are hanging with wires visible, it's a fire 🔥 hazard, it's dangerous!!! What frustrated me the most is that about a year ago someone posted a review and pictures of those sockets hanging and still it was not fixed. The owner doesn't care or doesn't visit the property at all to check on it. 2. It's been about 3 weeks since we left and my neck is still hurting from those cheap, overused pillows, it looks like it was taken out of the cow's throat, again someone was posting about it in the reviews and the owner did nothing about it. 3. The TV 📺, it's so bad so slow, you can't watch television as only voice is heard not a picture, same with YouTube, you hear the voice but no pictures at all. Come on invest a bit!! 4. Wi-Fi, super bad and slow, when you watch a 1 minute Tiktok it'll stop every 5 seconds to load for another 10 seconds, I ended up buying the Vodafone plan. 5. The bed covers look like 10 years old+, super worn and old fashioned, it's better to get white ones it looks better and it shows whenever it's clear or not. 6. The towels are the same story, each towel is different, old, worn, we've been there for a week and had 6 towels for 2 people, the owner didn't bother to ask if we maybe needed some clean towels. 7.
