A good location for exploring the area, the house was very clean and had very good amenities. Communication was excellent. Keys in a coded lock-box so entry was easy. Convenient parking space.

The bed frame is too big for the bedroom to the point that getting in and out of bed was a pain... and definitely needs replacing. The TV is great except that there's no terrestrial TV. Not sure why as there's an aerial socket, so why not buy a cable for less than £10 and connect the TV to it? There was no physical welcome pack so no info about the bins/area/etc and the link to the digital WP wouldn't work. Needs sorting. Just small things really which if/when sorted will probably rank this house close to a 10 in my opinion.
