Clean, spacious, nice atmosphere, comfortable beds. Easy parking in front of the house. Highly recommend!

The apartment is quite big and brighter and we'll equipped, from kitchen to living room etc, etc, the apartment have 3 big bedrooms (2 big bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a big master bedroom with one double bed) with brand new furniture, including beds, the 3 toilets are a must and pretty convenient for groups or large families. The beach is not too far, about 5 minutes walking distance and the city of Peniche and it's amenities aren't too far (supermarkets, pharmacies and so on) either driving or walking everything is nearby plus the location of the apartment is good as it's off main road and very quite during the night, also there are plenty of parking spaces available during the day or night, and above all it's a very safe area. The owner (David) is a star, he's very good when it comes to communications and any requests. Anyone who's looking for a relaxing time, a good, big, brighter, fully furnished and clean apartment, this apartment is highly recommended either for a big family or a group of friends. The location was perfect, the duplex apartment is on the third floor and is excellent with two bedrooms on it’s first floor and other one bedroom on its ground floor. . It has got three bathrooms, one big kitchen and one big living room with sea view balconies. There is enough free parking space outside the building.

The building doesn’t have a lift, so it was bit difficult to move with luggage till third floor where the apartment is located.

The weather was perfect and it was very close to the beach (walking distance) as well as supermarkets if you own a car. Everything was clean. I liked that the rooms were very big and each one had a full bathroom. We appreciated finding some fruit and local cookies as well as a bottle of water left for us by the owner. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you might need and comfortable. We had coffee, sugar, tea, cleaning supplies as well. The owner was nice and responded quickly to all of our questions.

The downstairs shower was too small and the curtain did not do it’s job properly of keeping the water from coming out. This building in particular doesn’t have an elevator but we already knew this. We were with my parents and by the end of our stay they were a bit tired of them. There wasn’t an iron in the apartment which we missed having. It was very humid and the clothes take forever to dry.

Great Location, very spacious apartment and clean. We were a couple with teenagers and it was a beautiful apartment with sea views. Walking distance to beach and close to Peniche and Baleal.

Perfect 2-level apartment with 3 bedrooms. There is everything you need there. 5 minutes walk from the ocean.
