Beautiful flat with sea views. It was very clean and welcoming. A great place to come back to after a long day out. Quick drive to St Ives and shops. The beds were comfy and sofas cozy. Great shower.

There were no hotel basics in the kitchen like tea or instant coffee. The listing says no internet access, but there were wifi details in the welcome folder. The living room could use a lamp.

Nice modern and spacious apartment. Panoramic sea views and convenient for supermarket and bus stops nearby.

The property was in a great location with amazing views. Car parking outside. The property was clean, laid out and decorated beautifully. Beds were comfy so slept well. Everything you needed was there from towels, bedding to kitchen needs. Good spot for getting the bus to St Ives or walking down there! So very very please and no complaints from me which is very unusual! Becks Fish and Chips - back down the road - still going after more than 35yrs with the same owner. Great location! 10 minute walk to the beach but is down a VERY steep hill. Train station is a short walk so easy to travel into St Ives. Very quiet area, hardly noticed other people around at all. The views are stunning!! The beds were soooooo comfortable! There was everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The iron and washing machine/drier was a real bonus with having little kids. Parking was great being outside the apartment block but is on a hill. There are also a set of stairs up to the apartment but didn’t cause any issues. Whole family really enjoyed staying here and one day we spent most of the day in the apartment due to rain outside but the kids were more than happy hanging out there and having the tesco just down the road meant when plans changed we could go get some bits for dinner. If you have children a great pub a short drive away is The Watermill.

Being really picky it was a little dusty in the bedrooms and there was some mold in the shower just from use over the years.

Great view, nice modern clean facilities and comfy beds. Nice wide parking bay. Good location between Carbis Bay Beach and St Ives. You can easily walk to St Ives in 30 mins (with 9 and 11 yr old!) it’s a pleasant walk if you drop down onto the coastal path. If you’re not keen to walk the bus stop is at the end of the road with frequent buses.

A few more cleaning supplies would have been appreciated to be able to keep the apartment clean ie. Pan Scourer, dust pan and brush. A lamp in the lounge would be a nice touch too. WiFi would be worth an upgrade when they’ve finished installing superfast as tv kept buffering.

Views amazing, fresh and clean easy access to local area and only 1 flight of stairs from the car park... would stay again.

Need clear information about the bins.

Good location, just off the main road into St Ives, so a lovely 20 minute walk. Also on the bus route. Was very easy to get a taxi in and out of Carbis Bay. Amazing view

Wouldve been nice to have some outdoor space, however if deck chairs provided, you could out on the walkway to the property. Difficult to find - you can not access property from the main road. Easy once you know how to get there
