ITAppartamento bellissimo, moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. In una zona tranquilla con il parcheggio gratuito proprio sotto casa. La posizione è strategica: il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili, fin dal nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e fornito utili indicazioni sui principali luoghi da visitare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.
ARThe apartment is good located, super clean and confortable. We had a car and there are always place to parked (using easy park in blue lines) it’s not expensive. The place has a lot of amenities and Eleonora is very kind and helpful.
One improvement it could have (at least we haven't found one) is an iron and board, which are often useful. It's not something that affects your stay, but it could improve it.
NOI liked absolutely everything, the owners were very attentive. They responded to our requests immediately, the apartment has everything you need for living. I would 100% recommend it. The sea is +/- 15 minutes by car. Bus stops are nearby. Grocery stores too. The historical center is about 20 minutes on foot. We were very pleased🥰
CAThe key was required to operate the electricity which meant one person could not stay in the apartment if the other left for the day. It would be convenient to have a second set of keys. The property supplied only 3 coffee pods for the duration of a 3 day stay. We did not contact the owners to ask for more. I suspect it was an oversight as most rental units provide ample supplies.

Everything was great
PLPerfect apartament, High standard, clean, full equipment including iron, hairdryer, coffe, Netflix, extra pillows and everything you need. Calm neighborhood, bus stop next to the flat, restaurant downstairs. Very helpful host, friendly, flexible, gave Us all the recommendation for places in Palermo and took care of anything we needed during the stay. 10/10
GBGreat location near local shops, bars and restaurants. Easily accessible by public transport from both the train station and by bus. The apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard and there is plenty of light and space. The host is fantastic, on hand if you need anything but also allows you to enjoy the space, he has another property and it shows that they are an experienced host.
Nothing, I couldn't have wished for a nicer stay (I will definitely be back!)
